Director & Founder
Queen founded Palanquin Ecotales in July 2022 in Guwahati with a belief that Northeast India deserved a car rental company that operated on written standards, not just goodwill. She manages B2B relationships, technology decisions, fleet strategy and the overall direction of the company. She is also the primary contact for all corporate accounts.

Asmina Ahmed
Guest Relations Executive
Asmina manages guest relations and the bookings portal — handling incoming enquiries, booking confirmations, WhatsApp communication with guests and coordination with the operations team. She joined Palanquin Ecotales in May 2026 and is the primary point of contact for all individual guest interactions.
Pranjal Sarma
Operations Executive
Pranjal manages the operations portal — driver assignment, trip dispatch, vendor coordination and real-time monitoring of active trips. A promoted member of our driver team, Pranjal brings ground-level knowledge of Northeast India routes and field operations to the dispatch role.
