When you book through Palanquin, the vehicle you receive, whether from our own fleet or a vendor partner, has gone through the same onboarding, the same SOP training for drivers, and runs through the same duty management system.
You don't need to know or care whether it's "our car" or a "vendor car", and on guest-facing documents, you never will. What you can rely on is that it's tracked, accountable, and backed by the same standards either way.
