When demand exceeds our own fleet's capacity — a large MICE event, a tourist season peak, or a route our own vehicles don't cover — we draw on a network of 36+ empanelled vendor drivers and partner fleets. This isn't an informal arrangement. Every vendor goes through a structured onboarding process and is managed through the same system as our owned fleet.

Every vendor and owner-driver is onboarded through a documented process — vehicle inspection, document verification, rate agreement and SOP briefing.

Vendor payments are released in two steps — trip certification, then payment — fully tracked in the system with no informal cash settlements.

Vendor drivers don't need accounts or app downloads — they access trips via a unique link with OTP verification, just like our own drivers.
